Terms of Service for AthleteMind Elite

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

Welcome to AthleteMind Elite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AthleteMind Elite mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using AthleteMind Elite, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

AthleteMind Elite is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.

2. Description of Services

AthleteMind Elite is a mental wellness and performance support platform designed for athletes. Features may include:

  • Mood tracking

  • Journaling

  • Mindfulness tools

  • Mental performance support

  • Progress tracking

  • Subscription-based premium access

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of AthleteMind Elite may require a paid subscription.

For iOS users:

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store

For Android users:

  • Payments are processed through Google Play

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through their respective platform account settings.

We do not store payment card information.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Access

From time to time, AthleteMind Elite may offer promotional access, trial periods, or access codes. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.

6. Mental Wellness Disclaimer

AthleteMind Elite is designed to support mental wellness and performance habits. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

AthleteMind Elite is not a replacement for:

  • Licensed medical care

  • Therapy

  • Counseling

  • Professional mental health treatment

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

7. User Content

Users may create and store content such as journal entries, mood logs, and notes.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by using the Services, you grant AthleteMind Elite permission to store and process your content solely for app functionality and user experience purposes.

Users are responsible for the content they create within the app.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the app

  • Share unauthorized access to subscription features

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, app designs, graphics, text, and software related to AthleteMind Elite are the property of AthleteMind Elite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of AthleteMind Elite is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how your data is collected, used, and protected.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep AthleteMind Elite available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthleteMind Elite and its owners, affiliates, and operators shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss

  • Loss of profits

  • Service interruptions

  • Injuries or damages related to app usage

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
